Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and weight. For large corporate orders, delivery costs will be included in your bespoke quote.

Standard delivery: 2–3 working days from despatch. Express delivery: next working day from despatch (order must be despatched by 2pm). Collection: available from our Edinburgh premises Monday to Friday, 9:00–16:30.

Production and despatch times

Standard production turnaround is 7–10 working days from proof approval. Express production (3–5 working days) is available on most orders — please contact us to confirm availability before ordering. Production times are in addition to delivery times.

Returns & refunds

Due to the personalised and custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on correctly produced items. If your order has been produced incorrectly, is faulty, or does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

To raise a return or quality issue, please email info@royalprint.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 working day.

Damaged or lost deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately and we will investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement if required.
