1. Orders & acceptance All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by Royal Print Edinburgh. We reserve the right to refuse any order. An order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
2. Artwork & logo files By uploading artwork, logos or designs to our website you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use the intellectual property contained within those files. Royal Print Edinburgh accepts no liability for orders produced using artwork submitted by the customer.
3. Proof approval For orders requiring embroidery digitisation or custom print setup, a digital proof will be emailed to you for approval before production commences. Production will not begin until written approval is received. Royal Print Edinburgh accepts no liability for errors in approved proofs.
4. Turnaround times Stated turnaround times begin from the date of proof approval, not the date of order. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Express turnaround is subject to availability and must be confirmed before ordering.
5. Custom & personalised items Due to their personalised nature, custom embroidered and printed items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or produced incorrectly. Please check all proof approvals carefully before confirming production.
6. Pricing & VAT All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
7. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
